This is truly a unique experience! Here at Papagayo Fishing Charters, you will spend the day snorkeling, fishing, and having a Papagayo Family Fishing & BBQ on the beach. This tour is combined to provide a unique adventure suitable for all experience levels and interests. Your Captain will begin the Papagayo excursion after you have boarded the boat and gathered bait. We will set up the Papagayo fishing charter, and snorkeling tour as well as the BBQ at the beach, including cooking the catch of the day, and more.

Snorkeling

Experience abundant sea life as your private guide takes you snorkeling at some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. The staff is available to assist and provide input as needed to locate different types of sea creatures and great reef spots for discovery.

Fishing

You will enjoy a half day of fishing in the world-renowned Gulf of Papagayo, surrounded by the most important all-inclusive hotels in Costa Rica as Four Seasons Papagayo, Andaz Hyatt Papagayo, Planet Hollywood Resort, Secrets Papagayo, Riu Guanacaste. After picking you up on the beach at your hotel, the crew will cast the line to troll in search of Dorado, yellowfin tuna, and mackerel or set up the rods for bottom fishing looking for red snapper, amberjack, and grouper for lunch at the beach.

BBQ on the Beach

After we have had our fair share of fishing, let’s head to the beach and enjoy what the ocean has offered. The Captain will prepare fresh ceviche from the day’s catch if possible, while you enjoy a beachfront picnic set under trees. Our staff will prepare and cook the catch of the day in a unique BBQ including different meets as pork and chicken, salad, fresh fruit, snacks, and some refreshing beverages. You can relax on the beach, sit in one of the chairs, or snooze in a hammock. Finally, when we are good and ready, we will board the boat and take you back to your dock.

Your Captain will pick you up by boat at the beach from your resort or at a location convenient for you and your group. The morning will begin at our favorite snorkeling and Papagayo fishing grounds.
